Understanding the need
Prima Center, a leading shopping mall in Abidjan, wanted to digitize its entire commercial ecosystem. The center needed an online platform capable of providing a digital showcase for its 70 merchants while modernizing customer interaction and strengthening its web presence.
Issues to address
Design a robust and scalable platform capable of managing 70 merchants with their own personalized spaces. We needed to create an intuitive back office allowing each merchant to manage their page independently, without technical complexity, while ensuring optimal SEO visibility.
